I didn't notice much 'color', 'care', or 'lip balm' with Almay Color + Care Liquid Lip Balm. You only get a touch of color with this product. My lips felt drier after use, not moisturized. This gloss is very sticky, and not at all like a lip balm.

It's a shame this is so sheer! It looks like a beautiful color in the tube!
