Revlon ColorBurst Lacquer Balm Review

I recently tried Revlon's ColorBurst Matte Balm and really liked it. I can't say the same for Revlon's ColorBurst Lacquer Balm.

This lacquer balm is very sticky. It's like you have candy stuck on your lips. The application is not smooth, and the color comes out very uneven. You would need to apply many layers to get close to the shade of the tube. I really expected more from this balm, since the matte version is a good product.
