CoverGirl Colorlicious Lipstick goes on smooth with a full bold color, but it doesn't last. With the shade I tried, Garnet Flame, a slightly lighter stain is left behind on your lips.

If you don't mind reapplying this lipstick frequently, then you can enjoy an intense lip color all day. Top with lip gloss, to increase wear time, I can't be completely negative about this product, since it can be hard to find a highly pigmented lipstick.
