L'Oreal Pop Balm Review

L'Oreal Pop Balm is nothing like a lip balm. Application is thick and opaque like a lipstick. It is not long lasting either, or even normal lasting for a lipstick.

The color is very light. I was quite disappointed with this product. I expected a bolder color, or at least a lip balm to use before lipstick.
