When I tried CoverGirl Outlast All-Day Primer, I was tempted to double check the package. I wondered if I had bought lotion by mistake. The formula does not resemble a primer at all. Just a thin lotion that gradually soaks in.

They claim it is oil free, but it still didn't work well on my oily skin. My makeup lasted less time than without the primer. My blush disappeared almost instantly. Maybe this primer is a good base for people with dry skin,
