It is common for long-wearing lipsticks to be drying. CoverGirl Outlast Longwear and Moisture Lipstick is not, but it has no staying power either. The formula is creamy and easy to apply. The color is a lot lighter than it looks in the tube.

This lipstick was very disappointing. It is necessary to reapply it frequently during the day, just like any other basic lipstick. With such a light color you could probably put gloss on top, or use it as a base under a darker lip color.
