October 2018 Ipsy Glam Bag Review

This month's glam bag is one of my top bags. There was only one item I didn't like. Here's what I got this month:

To start with, I really like the bag design this month. It's very appropriate for October, yet subtle enough to use anytime. The blush was a nice shade, but hard to apply. It was very dry, difficult to get on the brush, and didn't last long on my face.

The eyeshadow is amazing. I love the purple pink color. It is very pigmented with great staying power. This is my second Nomad product. I liked the highlighter I got in my June 2018 bag. The lip wand was a nice neutral slightly orange shade. It didn't seem any different than any other lip crayon, despite the priming claim. It didn't last long either.

The concealer has good coverage. The mask was terrible. I couldn't peel it off. I had to scrub it off with a washcloth. It also left my face feeling a little sticky.

Not a bad bag. I hope next month's is as good or better.
